I have always felt drawned to the arts, and I was about 6 or 7 years old when I knew that I wanted to be an actress/singer.  The idea came from watching musicals on TV, and that's why later in life the production of indie music videos for my own band became a great creative outlet for me.

My favorite project is my band.  We have been together since 1997 and my husband Peter and I have made 4 music videos, a short and a rockumentary for national television, including MTV Espanol, MTV Puerto Rico and VHUno.  We're now planning our first film as well as a documentary film about art life in Las Vegas: 'Glamnation: Making Art In Sin City and Hollywood'.

In 2008 my band opened a performance space called the Neon Venus Art Theatre where I focus a lot of my performance energy at the moment, especially during First Friday celebrations at the beginning of every month and on a monthly basis at our location in Hollywood.  The Neon Venus Art Theatre is a different model in multi-media that includes visual and performing arts events and combines photography, art, theatre, bands, etc.  The NVAT is also a community school for the arts.

FILMMAKING

NEON VENUS ARTS  (productions and acting classesfor children-a theatre summer program for kids-film workshops and environmental exhibitions)   http://www.neonvenusartheatre.com

From our acting classes for children at the theatre we developed Neon Venus Arts, a non-profit organization specializing in theatrical productions for children.   So far we have done presentations of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderland, and a few other popular kids stories.  We are currently in hiatus from shows and classes and will probably start classes again in 2011.  In the meanwhile, we have kept busy doing workshops for filmmakers in Los Angeles, as well as environmental fine art exhbitions is Los Angeles.
